• Average call answer time under 3 rings
• 24/7 monitoring and incident response
• Regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures

Service credits may be available for significant outages as specified in your service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and licensing:

• Rent Genie owns all rights to our software, AI algorithms, and platform
• You receive a limited license to use our services during your subscription
• You retain ownership of your content and data
• You grant us necessary licenses to provide our services
• Our trademarks and branding remain our property

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months
